Craig H. Fox
Craig H. Fox is a member of the Bar of Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey and Florida. He graduated from Lafayette College in 1984 and received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Fox has substantial experience in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, collections, foreclosures, bankruptcy, banking and commercial litigation. He actively represents numerous financial institutions in connection with their real estate and asset-based lending transactions and real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial properties. He also represents other types of businesses and individuals in all aspects of these areas. Mr. Fox has significant experience in all facets of the real estate practice including acquisition, sale, financing, work out, and leasing work. Mr. Fox represents real estate investors, developers and property management companies, lending institutions and owner operators in his varied real estate practice. Mr. Fox is also a licensed real estate broker for Realty Corporation of America and has served on the Montgomery County Realtor - Attorney Joint Liaison Committee since 1995.
Mr. Fox has played a leadership role within the profession. In 2001 he was appointed to serve on the Bench - Bar Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. This Committee, which is comprised of several attorneys and the Montgomery County Judges, provides a forum to address issues which arise in the administration of the legal process. In 1996 he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association. From 1994 through 1997 he served four consecutive terms as Chairperson of the Collection, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. Prior to that he served as Chairperson of the Debtor/Creditor Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. In 2002, he was appointed Vice Chair of the Business, Banking and Corporate Counsel Committee and in 2006 he was appointed Vice Chair of the Professionalism Committee, both of the Montgomery Bar Association. He is a member of numerous committees of the Montgomery, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations including the Business, Banking and Corporate Counsel, the Bankruptcy/Creditors and Debtors Rights, the Construction and Public Contract Law, Franchising, and the Real Estate Committees. His committee memberships in the Montgomery, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations reflect his interests in his areas of expertise. He is a lifetime resident of Montgomery County who, in 1996, was appointed to serve on the Conshohocken-Plymouth Air Pollution Control Board. In 1998 he was appointed to serve on the Plymouth Township Planning Agency. He is also a member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.
