| Maury D. Beaulier is a partner with Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC and practices in the areas of criminal law, family law and commercial litigation.
Over the past twelve years, Beaulier has developed a large and active practice which includes mediation and collaborative law. He has been described by his clients as "skilled", "aggressive" and "dedicated" to resolving complex and emotionally charged disputes.
As a litigator, Maury has broken new ground representing farmers in contract disputes related to the transmission of disease (Johne's disease) in bovine herds. These cases have resulted in large judgments that have helped to save several family farms.
He is a sought after speaker, on family law and divorce matters having appeared on CBS Eye on America with Dan Rather, and most recently on WCCO Radio and Fox & Friends. He has also been quoted in numerous national publications.
Licensed to practice law in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin as well as the Federal Courts in Minnesota and the Western District of Wisconsin, Beaulier is also a member of Minnesota's Collaborative Law Institute helping to develop new procedures in family law case.
Beaulier obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration.
